A French-made cartoon sitcom from 2012, a "monster mash" called SCARY LARRY (as in Lawrence Talbot), has started airing on THIS TV. It's nothing special, but a trifle better than entries like THE GROOVY GHOULIES and GRAVEDALE HIGH.

The most I can say for "Eiros and Charmian" is that it does seem, like "Silence-- a Fable," to be taking place in a "real" fantasy-world. Eiros and Charmian were once living human beings, and they meet in the afterlife following the destruction of the entire world.
