RAR #36: BILL SILENT BEAR

Yesterday brought the news of the passing of comics-writer James Hudnall. Among his other credits, he credited the series ESPERS, a six-person team of psychic adventurers. The group included one Native American, Bill Silent Bear, who could use telekinesis for levitation. I've read only the five issues published by Eclipse, and so can't render any verdict on how well Hudnall characterized Silent Bear in the Espers' other appearances.

I have been meaning to get to Marvel Comics' Talisman, a Native American superheroine. She was created by John Byrne but IMO Hudnall made her a more interesting character during his ALPHA FLIGHT tenure.
